The
Onstott Group has been retained to recruit an experience and
exceptionally well-qualified Vice President of Human Resources for a
leading, global technology company.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the team and
play a critical role in a results-oriented and dynamic technology
environment. He or she will bring objectivity and professionalism to the
table and be a key driver in managing continued growth. The Vice
President of Human Resources will oversee a six-person team: 2 HR
Managers, HRIS Administrator, HR Service/Benefits Manager, Internal
Communications Coordinator, and Recruitment/Training Coordinator.
The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for leading
and directing all facets of the human asset side of the Company. This
will include all normal human resources functions such as staffing,
compensation and benefits and talent acquisition. Additional
responsibilities will focus on overall development and performance
improvement of the organization in terms of structure, training and
related functions. As a member of senior management, he or she will have
responsibility for providing leadership and vision to drive continued
growth and profitability within the business.
