The
Onstott Group has been retained to recruit an experienced and
exceptionally well-qualified Vice President of Human Resources for a
security solutions provider with annual revenues approximately $400
million.
The Vice President of Human Resources will work closely with all of the
members of the senior management team. He or she will bring objectivity
and professionalism to the table and be a key driver in managing
continued growth. The Vice President of Human Resources will oversee a
multi-location United States team.
The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for leading
and directing all facets of the human asset side of the Company. This
will include all normal human resources functions such as staffing,
compensation and benefits and talent acquisition. Additional
responsibilities will focus on overall development and performance
improvement of the organization in terms of structure, training and
related functions.
Specific knowledge and
skills required will include:
• Strong business acumen – able to understand goals and direction of
organization and add value as the human resources content expert.
• Proven ability to manage change and growth in a fast moving and
dynamic environment, including history of successfully guiding companies
through change.
• Comes from an organization with employees located throughout the
world.
• Currently or recently with a company
employing 1000+ people in multiple locations.
