of Marketing for the Home and Business Services Division of one of North
America’s leading integrated energy and service companies. The Head of
Marketing will be responsible for delivering best in market campaigns
aimed at broadening market share in support of the company’s growth
strategy. This role requires the identification of target markets, data
and analytics for propensity marketing, creative and copy campaign
management, and effective execution of marketing activity across North
America.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop a detailed strategy to market to homeowners through direct mail
and online channels.
• Design and execute a detailed retention strategy to increase the
lifetime value of a customer.
• Build a marketing team to deliver against the defined strategy.
• Manage the execution of all annuity marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on pricing and positioning of new and existing products.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and campaign ROI.

experienced, Vice
President of Marketing (CMO) for a dynamic and growing international
company based in Massachusetts. Our client is a leading global provider of
specialized high-performance computing services and solutions designed for
demanding applications in a variety of industries including aerospace and
defense, commercial, and telecommunications. The successful
candidate will manage all communications, public relations, product
marketing, corporate marketing and branding activities.
Specific requirements:
• Proven success in developing innovative marketing plans, re-positioning
a business for growth and crafting the messaging, combined with a concrete
internal process benchmarked against the best in the industry.
• Product marketing proficiency to fully understand client/customer issues
and partner with product management in positioning new products and
services.
• Corporate positioning, branding, advertising, messaging, public
relations/communications and industry analyst interaction are also
important.
• Must be able to work with the sales and capture organization to obtain
the desired objectives by providing market intelligence that targets
opportunities for the capture organization.
• Background in effectively presenting on behalf of the company in public
forums, at trade events, analyst meetings and in customer engagements.
• Experience with the defense industry and marketing to related OEMs and
Primes would be a plus but is not required.
