Each and every client receives our utmost attention and consideration. In conducting an executive search, we promise to:  

 

  • Work diligently on each assignment until the client is completely satisfied.
  • Obtain the approval of a company that has been a client within the past year before contacting any executive within that company.
  • Guarantee that if a replacement need arises within the first year, a new search will be conducted without an additional fee for services, assuming there has been no material change in the position or reporting structure.
  • Keep information and research completely confidential for the protection of clients as well as prospective candidates.
