Each and every client receives our utmost
attention and consideration. In conducting an executive search, we
promise to:
- Work diligently
on each assignment until the client is completely satisfied.
- Obtain the
approval of a company that has been a client within the past year
before contacting any executive within that company.
- Guarantee that
if a replacement need arises within the first year, a new search will
be conducted without an additional fee for services,
assuming there has been no material change in the
position or reporting structure.

protection of clients as well as prospective candidates.
