Founded in 1987, The Onstott Group is a retained executive search
firm which provides the involvement of a principal in every phase of
the recruitment and selection process of senior-level executives. Each
principal has senior management experience in industry, bringing

Joe Onstott, who founded The Onstott Group in 1987, brings over 25 years of
experience in the technology sector. Joe is a critical advisor to many CEOs and Boards of
Directors, assisting them in strategically building their companies. His search practice has
focused on recruiting Board members, CEOs and executive teams for early stage, high growth
and turnaround businesses in computer hardware and software, telecommunications, and
business services.
Prior to forming The Onstott Group, Joe served as the Vice President in the Boston
office of a major international search firm. Before entering the field of executive search,
Joe was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sherman Howe Computers, a
leading regional computer dealer. During this time he also served on the Board of Directors
of the Micro Computer Industry Association. Earlier, he held executive positions with
Hendrix Technologies and Dest Corporation. Joe began his career with IBM in White Plains,
New York.
Joe is featured in The Career Makers:
North America’s Top Executive Recruiters, published by Harper Collins Publishers, Inc. He
recently completed his tenure as a Board Member of the Association of Executive Search
Consultants. Joe holds a Certificate from the Harvard Business School Owner/President
Program, where he serves on the Alumni Association Board. He earned a Bachelor of Arts
degree from Midland College.

Ben Beaver has been an executive search consultant since 1977.
Over the years, he has completed senior-level search assignments in all
functional areas for clients in high-technology, manufacturing and
service industries.
Prior to joining The Onstott Group, Ben was a Senior Vice
President at J. Robert Scott, a Boston-based executive search firm and
wholly-owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments. Before J. Robert
Scott, Ben was Senior Vice President at Fenwick Partners. Earlier, he
held the position of Executive Vice President for Daly and
Company.
Prior to entering the executive search profession, Ben was
head of Finance and Administration for Magnetic Corporation of America.
After completing his M.B.A., he was Vice President of a management
consulting firm which served small businesses, turn-around situations
and new ventures. Ben has also served as an officer in the
United States Navy.
Ben earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A.
from Colby College.

Pat Campbell
co-founded The Onstott Group in 1987. With a background in management
consulting, Pat brings a thoughtful and consultative approach to
building high performance management teams. She has successfully completed executive
search assignments for clients in computer software, telecommunications,
financial and professional services and higher education.
Pat entered the
field of executive search from Prime Computer where she oversaw
organizations including strategic planning, product management and
industry marketing.
Previously, Pat
held consulting positions at Spectrum Training Corporation and The Forum
Corporation, where she designed and delivered management development
programs and consulted to Fortune 500 businesses and major financial
institutions. Earlier in her career, Pat held sales support and
marketing positions with Inforex and Compugraphic.
Pat currently
sits on the Advisory Board for the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business
at Babson College, and is a member of The Boston Club, Boston’s premier
organization for high-achieving executive and professional women. In 2006 she was named to the “Top Ten Recruiters” by
Women’s Business Boston. Pat holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.A. with
academic distinction from Northwestern University.

Neil Greco, as Vice President of The
Onstott Group, brings over 20 years of experience in the technology industry holding a
variety of roles with a concerted focus in sales and marketing of technology products and
services.
Neil’s contribution to our firm offers
considerable breadth – from early phase and start-up organizations to running a business
unit within Compaq then Hewlett-Packard. His knowledge set spans multiple facets of starting
and building successful business teams: from business development to comprehensive business
and product launch to sale of physical and intellectual properties.
Neil has built successful brands and
associated channels within the software industry at both a national and international
levels. Most recently, Neil was instrumental in the carve out a software business unit from
within Hewlett-Packard and successful sale of the business to what is now a division of
Symantec.
Neil’s experience in hardware,
software and services in a variety of sales and marketing roles underscore his industry
expertise and functional specialization and bring a complimentary asset to The Onstott Group.
Neil currently serves on the Board of
Advisors for a start-up print and on-line publication dedicated to the arts in New England.
Neil’s personal interests lie in the historic value of fine art where he is involved in a
family run business in the antiques and fine art industry. He is an avid sailor and is
married with one child.
Neil is a Graduate of the Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University in Boston.
