The Onstott Group has
been retained to recruit a seasoned Chief Operating Officer for a
rapidly growing, privately held technology company.
The Chief Operating Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive
Officer and lead a worldwide team in excess of 1000 people including
field and headquarters personnel.
Areas of responsibility
include:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the company, freeing the Chief
Executive Officer to focus on strategic initiatives.
• Meeting financial and EBITA targets.
• Overseeing continuous improvement – refining the processes and
procedures and improving productivity and quality standards; reducing
costs, creating continuous improvement teams and taking business to the
next level.
The Chief Operating
Officer will have been part of a successful team that has significantly
grown as an organization and will have the leadership skills to lead,
direct and manage growth.
• Heavy International experience.
• Experience with a company that has large call center operations.
• Profit and Loss responsibility for a growing company.
• Technically savvy and
data-focused.
