Cullen Onstott is the Managing Partner of Onstott Group. He works closely with private equity clients and their portfolio companies across the technology, healthcare, industrial, and consumer sectors. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has brought a sharp analytical lens and deep understanding of investment strategy to his search practice.

Earlier in his career, Cullen held roles at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he evaluated M&A opportunities in North American power and gas, and at DTE Energy Trading in Houston. He began as an Investment Analyst at Rocaton Investment Advisors.

‍

Cullen earned his MBA from Rice University and his B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University, where he played Division I golf. He lives in Wellesley, MA with his wife and three young children and enjoys skiing, fishing, and competing as an accomplished amateur golfer.

Christine Venditti is a Managing Director at Onstott Group with a strong track record of partnering with private equity, VC-backed, and public companies to build high-performing executive teams. She brings over two decades of experience across retained search firms, in-house recruiting at Apple, and her own boutique firm in the Bay Area.

‍

Christine specializes in scaling, growth-mode companies and has deep sector knowledge in AI/Robotics, SaaS, Digital Media, and Data/Information Services. Her functional expertise spans CEO/President, CFO, CMO, and CPO roles. Clients value her consultative approach and ability to deliver at pace with precision.

She is a Stanford University graduate and a long-time mentor at the university’s StartX Accelerator. She brings an entrepreneurial mindset, sharp market insight, and a commitment to supporting transformative leaders. Christine is based in Boston and enjoys spending time in the Vermont mountains and on the beach with her family.

Shane McMahon is a Managing Director at Onstott Group, specializing in executive search for technology and industrial companies. With a strong operational background, he has placed hundreds of C-level leaders, including CROs, CMOs, COOs, and CFOs, across high-growth businesses.

Before joining Onstott, Shane was a Principal at True Search and held roles in finance at Barclays and Gulf Oil. He later joined CarGurus, where he contributed to the company’s explosive growth and successful IPO as part of the Strategic Business Development team.

‍

Shane earned his B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College, where he played varsity lacrosse, and an MBA from Babson College. He now splits his time between Charleston and Boston. Outside of work, Shane stays active with sports and family life, especially chasing after his energetic toddler with his wife.

Joe Onstott is the Founder of Onstott Group, established in 1987. He is a trusted advisor to CEOs, Boards, and investors, with deep expertise in recruiting leadership for early-stage, high-growth, and turnaround companies in technology and business services.

Joe has led countless Board, CEO, and executive searches across industries. Earlier in his career, he served as EVP and COO at Sherman Howe Computers, and held executive roles at Hendrix Technologies and Dest Corporation. He also led the Boston office of a major international search firm after beginning his career at IBM.

Joe holds a B.A. from Midland University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program, where he served on the alumni board. A recipient of the Eleanor H. Raynolds Award from AESC, Joe is recognized for excellence and integrity in executive search.

Pat Campbell is a Founder and Managing Director at Onstott Group. Drawing on a foundation in management consulting, Pat is known for her strategic, relationship-driven approach to executive search. She has helped build leadership teams across software, consumer products, private equity, higher education, and the nonprofit sector.

Pat’s clients range from emerging ventures to Fortune 500 companies, and many have partnered with her for years. Recognized as one of the Top 10 Recruiters by Women’s Business Boston, Pat is praised for her professionalism, drive, and ability to quickly align with a company’s culture and goals.

She holds an MBA from Babson College and a B.A. with distinction from Northwestern University, where she serves on the Leadership Council. Pat also served on the AESC Americas Council and chaired its membership committee.

Brad Tilley is a Senior Vice President at Onstott Group, bringing a decade of entrepreneurial leadership from founding and managing companies in the food & beverage and tech sectors. His deep operational insight into early-growth-stage businesses is complemented by firsthand experience leading executive teams and launching innovative ventures.

Brad’s industry expertise spans consumer products, B2B, and direct-to-consumer markets, and he has overseen multiple tech initiatives in app and web-based software. Prior to entering executive search, he built and scaled several successful startups.

‍

Brad holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia, where he captained the varsity golf team. He later competed professionally in golf for eight years and remains a nationally ranked Mid-Amateur. Outside of work, Brad enjoys time with his family and supporting his daughters’ youth hockey teams.

Maggie Welch is the Chief Operating Officer at Onstott Group, where she oversees the firm’s finance, operations, and strategic planning. She is focused on building scalable systems and driving operational excellence to enable long-term growth and efficiency across the business.

Before joining Onstott Group, Maggie spent over a decade in the energy sector, most recently as a Director at Wood Mackenzie. Her background includes leadership roles in corporate strategy, business transformation, data and research operations, and acquisition integration.

She holds an MBA from Rice University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Maggie lives in Houston, TX and enjoys spending time on the Texas coast with family, reading, traveling, hosting gatherings with friends, and playing golf and tennis with more spirit than skill.

Marc Riblet is Vice President of Research and Operations at Onstott Group, leading the firm’s research team and shaping its strategic talent discovery efforts. With over 25 years of experience in professional services and research operations, Marc has supported more than 1,000 executive searches across sectors.

He works across private equity, mid-cap, nonprofit, higher education, and large enterprise clients, driving results at the Board, C-suite, and Director levels. With a technical background and strong systems expertise, Marc brings analytical rigor and operational excellence to every engagement.

He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University.

Lauren Pelletier is a Director of Research at Onstott Group, where she executes research strategy and candidate development across executive search engagements. Lauren brings extensive experience in research operations and cross-industry search execution, contributing to the firm’s success in delivering high-impact executive placements.

Grace Lorenzo is the Executive Assistant at Onstott Group, where she ensures a seamless experience for clients and internal teams alike. She manages client scheduling, outreach, and supports day-to-day operations with precision and professionalism. Known for her exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach, Grace plays a vital role in maintaining the firm's high standards of service and efficiency.

Sharad Joshi is a Senior Advisor to Onstott Group and the CEO of Satio Inc., a biotechnology company transforming blood collection, diagnostics, and drug delivery through proprietary patch technology. With over 30 years of experience in the medical devices industry, he has led global product innovation, strategic expansion, and high-growth ventures across healthcare markets. Sharad has held leadership roles at multiple life sciences companies, including CEO of NanoDx Inc., and currently serves as a non-executive director at Oventus Medical. He brings deep expertise in scaling mission-driven businesses that improve patient outcomes worldwide.

Brian Quirk is a Senior Advisor to Onstott Group and is President of BCQ Operational Excellence. Brian advises clients on operational and supply chain strategy, acquisition strategy and corporate integration, lean methodology, and organizational development. He brings decades of global operations leadership experience from high-tech companies including Stratus Computer, Teradyne, and most recently MKS Inc., where he served as SVP of Global Operations. He is an expert in lean manufacturing, and global supply chain strategy. Brian currently serves on the Board of Overseers at Mount Auburn Hospital.

Gary Evee is a Senior Advisor to the Onstott Group and the founder and CEO of Aprivé, a cybersecurity firm that provides executive-grade digital protection for high-net-worth individuals, public figures, and C-level executives. Aprivé combines enterprise-level technology with personalized, concierge-style service to secure its clients beyond the corporate perimeter. Gary also leads Evee Consulting Group, a firm that delivers strategic cybersecurity and technology solutions to both public and private sector organizations. With more than 25 years of experience, he has advised clients across financial services, healthcare, and government, and continues to serve as a trusted advisor to higher education institutions and on several corporate and nonprofit boards.
