She brings extensive experience across technology, consumer, B2B, and healthcare, advising organizations on executive hiring, talent strategy, and organizational design.

Prior to joining Onstott Group, Cornelia was a Principal Recruiter at Bradsby Group and Creative Circle, leading searches for senior executives across a range of growth-stage and established organizations. Earlier in her career, Cornelia held brand marketing and communications roles at Viacom and FGS Global in New York City, developing integrated marketing campaigns and strategic communications initiatives for globally recognized brands and Fortune 500 companies.

Cornelia earned her B.A. in Government from Georgetown University and lives on Boston's North Shore with her husband, two children, and two labrador retrievers.
